Instructions for Fixing Chips in Porcelain

1. Surface Preparation: Sand chip to smooth edges, clean surface with abrasive cleaner and scrubbing pad to ensure proper adhesion. Rinse thoroughly, dry with paper towel, and allow to air dry for one hour.

2. Epoxy Preparation: Empty contents of both vials of product into mixing tray (i.e. plastic packaging containing product). Mix thoroughly for 1 minute. Pour half of the mixture into a second container and store in the freezer for later use. Let other half stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.

3. Application: Use included brush to dab a light coat into the chip. Wipe away runs with a damp paper towel. Wait 45 minutes. Clean brush with lacquer thinner. Apply a second coat. Allow surface to dry for 24 hours before using. If the temperature is below 70°F (21°C) or humidity is above 50%, allow more drying time up to 72 hours.

For Best Results: Apply multiple light coats. If more coats are needed, remove stored mixture from the freezer (let stand for 10 minutes at room temperature prior to applying).

Working Time: 1 hour at room temperature. 6 hours in the freezer.

Cleaning: Wait 5 days before cleaning surface. Use only non-abrasive cleaners.
